Heard about this on Facebook. Lance Castle aka mudmaniac's dads house burned over the weekend. They are setting up an account for donations. I will post that info when it is available. Let's help if you can.
Friday night at about 8:15 HGLAVIN was on his way to pick me up so we could go look at some parts for his truck but when he arrived he looked and noticed my dads house was on fire. We ran inside to make sure no one was home the flames looked to be coming from behind the fridge and up the wall and ceiling so we then tried to put the fire out but with no luck we ran around to the back of the house to try to get into my dads room to get his dogs out that I was hoping were not hiding under the bed. We could not get through due to the amount of smoke. The entire house was an entire loss. We went in this morning and I removed the bodies of my dads 3 dogs that look to have died from the smoke because they had no burns. To make matters worse he had just got paid and had cashed his check and was in his room. He did not have homeowners insurance and is not sure what he is going to do. We went through the house and cleaned out 3/4 of the home and saved what we could but he lost basically everything. We were able to salvage some pictures and some clothes in his room but basically everything is gone. I am considering trying to put together a offroad show to raise money to help him at least pay to dispose of the reminants of his home and at least get some clothes for him and his wife. We got him a place to stay for a little while but just trying to make his life a little better than what it has become. Any help or idea's is greatly appreciated.
