just ordered replacement gears for these doesnt appear to be any damage to the detroit or anything else.

notched the tube to fit the frame. left it 3 1/2" wider than the frame on each side to match the spring perches on the front end

had a bunch of bushings and sleeves from DIY wrapped the tubing/frame with flatstock layed out the locations foe the springs

shackles in front is alot easier than trying to figure a strong way to attach them to the side of the frame.

started shaving the 14. first with a portaband, then moved to the grinder

i ordered some custom spring brackets, and motor mounts. i wanted the rear hangers to slide smooth from rocks, while still allow tou to adjust ride height, shackle angle, and axle placement. im goin to ust the top half of DIY motor mounts to make my own bushing mounts and the front spring hanger i just wanted a little adjustment in
