It is amazing what a little paint will do! That step will be handy for more than just the trailer. Does it fold up?

Picked it up from B & R auto wrecking on Columbia, it came from their Eugene yard.

What capacity, & make is the lift in your shop? Are you happy with it? Also did you buy the plans for the tubing bender that you made?

Lift is a challenger 10,000lb, no problems at all with it. Lifts everything from low camaros to crew cabs. I got it from a guy in Sandy, I can get his # if you need. The bender plans I got from www.gottrikes.com, I think the plans were under $20. Total the bender cost me about $500, $200 for the bender and $300 for the die.

Does your bender use a pro tools die? How thick is the floor in your shop? reinforced? heard anything about TTC yet?

The bender does use pro-tools dies. I had the floor poured 6" thick and fully reinforced with re-bar where the rack is, I believe they recommend at least 4" thick so mine is probably overkill....Won't hear about TTC until the 1st week in April.

I still have 2/3 of my floor to pour, I am still trying to decide if I want a 2 post, or 4 post lift, each has different advantages. Rear section of my floor is 4", might go 6" reinforced in the center section on the next pour so if I decide on a 2 post I will have a good floor to attach it to. Didn't mean to hijack!! Thanks for your input.

If you ever want to be able to do axle/suspension work or pull bodies off, get a 2 post.

Looks like it is fitting in there nicely, what mods to the PCM & harness were necessary?
