Hey everybody, the name is Tye. I live out in Vernonia OR (aka Vernowhere) Just found the website through a you tube video. Figured i might as well sign up since its an Oregon/Washington site and I'm always looking for new people to wheel with. Right now I'm driving a 99 Jeep Wrangler TJ that is lifted 3 inches on a body lift right now with 33"12.5R15 MasterCraft Courser MT's. It's a 5 speed 2.5L 4 cylinder (thought maybe I could save some gas(more like have no power, until I gear it atleast)). I just started a new job and as soon as I can afford to I will put a real lift under it. It definitely can't compare to some of the rigs on here, but maybe someday when i get something else to drive it will. I haven't done a whole ton of wheeling with it yet. Mainly just snow and local trails. I'm sure it's too stock to do a lot of browns camp or any other bigger places, but that sure isn't gonna stop me from tryin. -Tye.

welcome to the site there are quite a few trails at browns you could run with no problem. we would rather see you run the trails you and your rig of capable of rather then the ones you are not prepaired for. Much better to run the stuff you can and go home without a busted rig. just my 2cents though

There is actually a lot of trails at Browns that you could go on, maybe not right now but there is a lot. Yeah knowing your rigs capability will for sure make your wheelin experience much better especially if its your daily.

Yeah I have never been. The people I usually wheel with are always broke and want to stay close to town.

Welcome, you can have a lot of fun at browns, running the trails that your rig is capable of. Most of the extreme trails have bypasses, so you can watch others break their junk!

Forgot to mention some of my plans besides the lift.
Im gonna add some hubs so the front end isn't always engaged and sucking all of my gas mileage.
Probably redo the front bumper so i can add a winch to it(but the stinger is staying since it has already saved my ass once) and build a custom rear bumper.
Gearing it to 4.88's (as low as i can find for my stock axles)
like i said i want to add a real lift. Either a 3 inch rustys off road lift or im gonna buy a 5.5 inch lift and build some custom links for it.
