Hey guys, I'm Donny... I met Crusty and JayBeanie over the weekend. I also know a couple other folks on here, so I thought I'd stop by and say hey. I'm still relatively new to wheelin, but I'm getting there. I wheel a TrailBlazer... Why? Why not? Stock IFS, 4" suspension/3" body lifts, locked front and rear, 35s, and some other goodies. Yeah, I DD it too. I have my Camaro for when I need to wrench on the truck... and vice versa. I'll steal a pic from JayBeanie's album from this weekend. It's a work in progress, (who's isn't?) but it's getting there, and I'm learning a lot along the way. I know every damn bolt on that truck. Just lookin for more people to wheel with. I doubt I'll be able to keep up with some of the crazy shit you guys do, but the greens and blues in TSF are all 2WD for me and getting pretty old. Always up to learn new tricks. Anyway, See ya on the trail...

Welcome to the site. you don't have to keep up just wheel your rig smart, that will earn ya more points then trying trails your rig isn't capable of. You should be able to hit alot more then just the green and blues as long as your smart about it.
Nice looking rig.

Thanks for the welcomes! Welcome to the site. you don't have to keep up just wheel your rig smart, that will earn ya more points then trying trails your rig isn't capable of. You should be able to hit alot more then just the green and blues as long as your smart about it. Nice looking rig. Drag racing taught me that your only real competitor is yourself. I kinda look at wheelin the same way. I bolt/weld stuff onto the rig to address it's shortcomings. Now I think it's slightly ahead of me. I rubbed the fenders on the wall in that pic above because my line was off. We camped at the base of Can Opener and I stared at the thing all weekend. I knew I wasn't going all the way up in this wet weather, but I didn't even try the filter. Probably good since I need better tires. But still, I need to put my purse down. The folks I go to TSF with are an excellent bunch. They just seem to gravitate towards the easier stuff because it's still challenging for some of the rigs there. That's great when my wife/family is with. But I need to see where my limits are. I type a lot... Thanks again for the welcomes.

You mean this one? I got a matching one on the front too. Driver door rubs the fender a little when I open it now. Oh well, need to trim for the 35s anyway. A little body hammer work and some Herculiner should fix things right up. Maybe it's time for some steel around the fenders...
