I'm a little unhappy with great lake offroad right now, I've been waiting 3 weeks for my d60 & 14b diff covers, they said it was going to be about a week and now they haven't even returned my last 2 calls to them. I'm sure I'll be happy when I get them but atleast they could have told me if they were this backed up and it was going to take this long.

He finally called me today and told me they are in the mail, I was nice about it and just said that I would have liked to be told if it was going to be this long. We'll see in a couple of days how they turn out.

Customer service will make or break a company. Sometimes it's worth it to pay a couple dollars more and work with someone that cares.

I'd have to agree, I wish I would have got the covers from them off of ebay so I could give them a negative feedback, I was taking someone's advise (won't name names) that there were a good company to buy shit from and that they would arrive promptly, well that's not true now is it. Don't think I will give them another chance, there is plenty of other company's that would want my business.

my covers were delivered in 4 days along with all my other parts. ive had the same luck with diy most of the time, and then you'll hit them at a busy time and it might take 2 weeks to get ur stuff. at least kert will tell you how long it will be though. that sucks shaun fibbed to you. you still cant deny the fact that their parts are superior to others. they make blue torch parts look small

Shawn makes great products I wouldnt buy from anyone else, I understand its run by him and maybe two others, also I think this is a side business for him which is beside the point but In his defense He told me a few weeks ago he was screwed by his metal suppliers and has had a hell of a time catching up.

never bought from glo but I do agree it is nice when a place is up front with you about parts availabilty. I have bought from people that ask before you pay how soon you need something due to work load. Honesty gets my money.
