took the inner fenders out today and flexed the front with the tires turned and decided to move the front diff forward about 2 in before i cut the fenders out.

when you use those did you have to elongate the hole in the top plate for the ubolts in order to get the center pin to set right.

got my tubing today to make new spring hangers for the front. now i just got to get r done.

if i dont work sunday i am going to move the front diff forward, then i can set my rear ride hight and build drive lines.

well went and broke the bank today and ordered a full hydro steering kit, cooler and mounting kit. post up some pics when it gets here. i better hurry up and get the front diff moved forward so i can get it mounted when it gets here.

right on dude! if you run the high steer, your ram will hit the engine crossmember, when you hit somethin hard. unless you cut it out and make a new one. i would reccomend runnin it lower, and usin stock tie rod holes. drill em out.

just about got the front diff all moved today after work today finish up tomarrow. hope my full hydro kit shows up soon. will post some picks up tomarrow.

nice gettin some work done. you dropped the front spring hanger? you know that changes the angle in which you steer, and usually not reccomended. but alot of people do it. looks like you need to move the rear shackle mount forward now. if your shackle is always angled forward you wont ever have any flex. right on cant wait to see it with the steering. sorry i didnt respond before about the ubolt plate i didnt see that. yeah you have to drill a new hole.

i put longer shackles in the back side to tip the pumkin back down just for that reason. right now i have 8 in of up travel and 6.5 of down travel in the front if it dont work right then i am going to move the shackle mount forward like you are saying already in the plans.
