More goodies for the heep. Upper 4-link hymes New one VS. old one. Our messy workplace and Tyler removing one of the Hymes. so we have 3 of the 4 upper 4 links rebuilt with all new hymes. We have alos rebuilt the track bar with new hymes and bushings. We still have the 4th upper 4-link to replace. I still have a funny lose noise comming from the front end syspention. The Bottom Hymes look and feel fine. I will have to do more digging to fingure out where the noise is comming from.

you check wheel bearings? I had some spare hubs with wheel bearings in them.. When replacing the axles (new U-joints) we went ahead and replace the hubs as well. We still have the noise. I'm guessing its got to be a lower Hyme. Not much else it can be, other then the shocks. One of my new joints in the track bar has movement again, so I it will need repalced to drive good again.

Get rid of all those fancy link bars, track bars, heim joints, coils and all the other shit and just hang some damn leaf springs on that thing. ;D

Looking at how well yours flexes.. That might not be a bad idea It would be much easier putting a Dana 60 and 14 bolt in it that way.. Still I will keep those coils for now.

If you put full widths under that thing even with the same suspension setup you got now you will see a significent gain. They are way more stable, ecspecially since Jeeps are esentially a box.

Well on my shakedown run for the Poorboy's 1500 mile "wheeling oregon trip". I managed to break my rear rind and pinion gears. I have it put back to gether again, but not I have no more money to go on the wheeling trip :-(.. I guess I'll have to pass on that one.
