early in the 2000's I started riding along with friends on their offroad adventures...... so in 2003 I started with this 90 bronco had alot of issues with the bronco.... broken rear diff, multiple engine issues.... put a 2 1/2" lift ran 31" m/t"s..... in 2006 I discovered it had been running with a blown head gasket for some time( no symptoms except coolant loss).... the motor was shot.....ok time for a new rig... about that time a friends brother had a k5 blazer for sale....so I bought it for $3500..... low mileage crate engine, fresh th350.... stock except for the wheels and 33" a/t's.... I scavenged a few parts from the bronco..... optima red top and some other misc stuff I dont have any pics of when i first got it because my apartment I was living in caught fire and i lost pretty much everything but the shirt on my back I put a 4" pro comp lift on , 33" bfg m/t"s, warn hubs, 4.10 gears and a true-trac diff up front..... it has a gov lock in the rear..... also put on a fabtech prerunner bar and some kc daylighters and 40 series flowmaster exhaust

i have had 3 or 4 different carbs on this over the years...... 3 quadrajets 1 holley and I got this edelbrock 1826..... 650 cfm thunder series off road carb had to use an egr spacer and ran into issues with the breather not clearing the egr valve... so i turned the valve cover around still doing some tuning on this........had fouled plugs so I need to fine tune it with the good plugs in it

due to the wreck the right rear 1/4 never looked right..... plus wanted to make room for future upgrades.... I cut the fenders and 1/4 panels also cut the front bumper somebody thought they should tear off my grill trim because it was loose..... so i ran it without for awhile...... didnt look right without it so I got some from a later truck that didnt use plastic clips to retain the trim...... so I had been looking at grille guards and whatnot at the junkyards.... all I was really finding was cheezy crap like this well yesterday I bought the bumper from CRAZY BASTARD from his K5 he had pulled off the prerunner light bar and traded it to a friend for some trail spares more to come...........................
